Dear Father Crook
I told you in my letter of yesterday that the cost of your
church was £10,514.0.0. finished. I now find that this figure
is made up as follows:- Church
£7,813, Schools £2,680 : Noting Land and Legal expenses
£2785-11-1. I hope you clearly understand that this is
the actual cost of the finished church and schools and not the
mere architect's estimate and I hope you will think it
satisfactory.
